Imagine I just wanted to buy my dad’s first album and found myself sitting in the booklet at 4 years old! 😭🥹🖤

I had absolutely no idea I was in there, let alone that he’d left a little dedication to me and my mum. 😂🤏🏽

The craziest part was playing the songs and instantly remembering the words and melodies, despite not hearing them in over 30 years! Muscle memory? 😂

I called my dad all excited and this man said “how much you pay for that? £1?” Looool bye! 😭😂 then he started yapping about his pay as you go phone

My dad’s musical journey has been really interesting to me lately and I’ve been hunting his old records down! This one’s a promotional copy of his album Riddimwize released by Sony / Columbia music in 1994.. now it’s in my office🖤

You think aniad records could cop the masters from Sony? 👀 it’s giving redistribution

Full face makeover with @restartmedical ✨

I visited Restart Medical Clinic in London to try the LaserMe treatment using @neauviauk technology, come along for the full experience 👀

From the consultation to the treatment itself, Alan talked me through exactly what we were doing and why, so of course I had to vlog the whole thing 😂

Thank you @restartmedical & @pingfluenceapp for having me 🤍🧡🖤
